Füssen to List auf Sylt 871 miles
In September 2025 I cycled the Germany End to End.
Below you can read daily blog posts for the trip. They go from Füssen down south on the border with Austria on Day 1, up to the northern tip of the country at at List on the island of Sylt on Day 18.
The total End to End distance was 871 miles, taking up 18 days of between thirty and sixty-odd miles.
I rode my regular Spa Cycles Tourer. Some nights I stayed at cheap hostels or guesthouses; others, when accommodation was otherwise expensive or unavailable, I camped. (I took a lightweight one-person tent that packs down to the size of a large loaf of German bread.)

Day 12: Minden to Eitzendorf
Day 13: Eitzendorf to Bremen
Day 14: Bremen to Krautsand
Day 15: Krautsand to Büsum
Day 16: Büsum to Husum
Day 17: Husum to Klanxbüll
